I read in a National G several years ago that liking or disliking cilantro is genetic. For some people (myself included) the enzymes in our mouths make cilantro taste metallic and soapy. So there. Its not our fault. :)<br />I am also learning on the quinoa salad. I've learned that you need no more than 50% quinoa to 50% everything else or it is too much. Fresh parsley is a great stand in for cilantro. I made one this week with asparagus, cucumber, tomato, feta, parsley and oil & vinegar.
