Good Morning November!
Walking into the kitchen this morning I was greeted by Fall's vibrant colors peeking in through my transom window.
Not a bad way to begin a new month.
Once I got the coffee brewing, I headed into the laundry room to toss in a load of whites and this was the sight out the laundry room window. So sweet how he was perched on the rock. I think he was saying a morning prayer of thanksgiving for the abundant acorn crop in this backyard. . . either that or he was plotting how to raid the bird feeders :D.

Catchy title, Kim! Perhaps he's saying a little prayer , but more likely making a plan. Love to see the bright sun shining there. It's still very dull here.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet. I bet he was happy either way, just like you. :)
ReplyDeleteThe photo of the squirrel is amazing. I think multiple thoughts were racing through that little squirrel head! I like November also. I am more than ready to just give thanks and enjoy late autumn. xo
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that squirrel is making plans! : )
ReplyDeleteWish we had some of that sunshine here!!!
Pretty fall scenes out your windows, Kim! I'll just bet the squirrel is thinking about food in one form or another!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Kim ... such a pretty view to greet you! Such a cute picture of the little 'sq'... the new name that we have for squirrels at our house. Our grandpuppy gets a bit excited when he hears the word squirrel ... so we use 'sq' when we talk about them ... especially if he is close by. November blessings! Hugs ♥ Teri
ReplyDeletecute squirrel ... love that thought.. giving thanks for the harvest!
ReplyDeleteIsn't a glorious treat to see golden trees glowing outside through a window! I just love it!
ReplyDeleteHappy November to you too, Kim! The leaves are gorgeous right now and it's such a beautiful time of year.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Donna
The colors of autumn are beginning to fade here so it was good to see them again in your post, Kim.
ReplyDeleteThank you for all your kind wods of support for the Hurrican Sandy victims. I have been voluteering at a temporary shelter for people that lost their homes. It is wonderful to see how many people are helping and donating goods that are needed.
Whether it is November or June, you continually find ways to share the beauty that each month holds. I hope November holds many blessings for you and your family.
ReplyDeleteKim,
ReplyDeleteHow delightful that you got a shot of the squirel. Birds and such always run away before I can snap a picture of them. Happy November. Don't you just love the Fall?

Wow the colors are so beautiful!!!! The trees in our part of Texas don't change their leaves to bright colors.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute little squirrel.
We're enjoying the warmer temps here in Florida...I love this time of year. I put my little pumpkins and leaves into a glass dish today and it's on my coffee table in front of me. I'm pretty sure I got the idea for them from you. (they are hard plastic, shiny and bright). Hugs!
