Christmas 2011

And so it was...
Christmas 2011.
No small children here anymore, so we all watch Peanut rip into the tissue paper.
Many things change through the years, but ...
alot remains the same ~ family, food, fun.
Hope your Christmas brought joy to you and yours.

It's pouring rain here today and I have nowhere I have to be except ...
the chair with a good book,
the couch to watch an old movie (& try to stay awake ;),
or the computer to catch up on blog reading.

As you can see, I have a tough decision to make.

  1. That's a very sweet day you describe, Kim! That's what I'm going to do, too. I might have to start grading school work. Might.
What movie are you going to watch?

  2. Love the family pictures! Go Tigers and Red Wings! We're still big fans!
It's raining here, too, but I have the grandkids and I have to fulfill a promise and go to Chuckee Cheese!lol
    Enjoy your book or movie!

  3. We are finally getting snow. I am catching up on blogs and helping hubby with a project. Love your choices for the day!

  4. It's raining here also and I'm in a chair with my computer! Nice pictures! Enjoy your relaxing day!

  5. Hi Kim...such sweet family pictures and all of the memories to go with them! Such a lovely day...piddlin' and putterin'...my words for your day! Enjoy! Hugs ♥ Teri

  6. Kim
I figure I deserve a lazy day too after all that pre-Christmas work.
I think a movie will work for me.
You sure have some cute kids! And it looks like everyone enjoyed their day.
    Happy New Year!

  7. A lovely family Christmas photo.
It's been a rainy dreary day here by me too. But we need days like this for reading!! : )

  8. Lovely photos. I took a nap this afternoon...with absolutely no guilt!

  9. Pom Pom,
It will either be The Bishop's Wife or Holiday Inn. I recorded them both before Christmas, but haven't had a chance to watch til now. Might even have a double feature :).

  12. OH do enjoy the relaxing after a busy time. It is a very quiet day here as well and I'm not complaining one bit.
