Thankfully, it is not a war zone any more as the laws and cops here are very strict - zero tolerance. Of course, in every development, there are a few who believe that the laws don't apply to them. My birds aren't crazy about them, either. xo

Oh poor Peanut! I can see how Fireworks would spoil your whole day!-sigh-♡*♡*♡*♡*♡*♡"Long ago--say thirty-five years ago--a little girl used to wake on Sunday morning feeling that a whole life of happiness lay before her in the day."~~From an excerpt from "Three Houses," Angela Thirkell's 1931 memoir♡*♡*♡*♡*♡*♡

Oh I love it! Our town council meets in August. They're off in July...can you imagine? So they're leaving us with the nightmare that is fireworks every night until all hours for the next several weeks. I could lose my mind. (We have only had two nights of no fireworks in weeks and weeks.)
This is really cute! That is a beautiful photo of the fireworks...really clear and brilliant. Good job, pups!
Poor Peanut! My doggies don't like it either! Hoping they are done! Twyla
Poor Peanut! So smiley and happy until that darn boom-boom-boom. I don't like them much either. Hope you two have a great week. Tammy
