My mouth waters at the thought of fresh strawberries. I took frozen ones out and added them to fresh rhubarb for a crisp that we'll have for dessert tonight.
It's probably already ended...without me! lol I love strawberries and they are in season here in Florida right now so I'm having them on my bowl of oatmeal and with yogurt. So sweet and yummy! Love your photos. You are patient. Hugs, Diane
Wow, your photos are gorgeous, Kim!!! Those strawberries look so scrumptious, and the little blossoms are so pretty! I'm so looking forward to strawberry season here. :)
Thanks for sharing, Kim -- I hope you have a great week!
Strawberry shortcake? They certainly do look delicious.
(You will be happy to know, Kim, that I am nearly ready to go out and get the blanket of leaves off the rhubarb. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and though it is still below freezing, that's good raking weather.)
Strawberry shortcake sounds wonderful. If I can get a big enough harvest it will be on the menu for sure. It does make me very happy that the sun is shining on you today. I hope your time outdoors helped to lift the gray cloud.

ReplyDeleteThat sounds delicious. Strawberries and rhubarb just might be my favorite springtime food combo.
ReplyDeleteDeliciously, I bet! The last berry looks a little like a teddy bear face.
