When you notice that most of the flowers in the garden are at their most beautiful stage all at the same time, there's really only one thing to do, right?
Snip a few of these
and
a few of those.
Line them up for a little photo shoot
and then. . .
Pop them into the old milk bottle carrier
to be enjoyed on the kitchen table.

Pop a posy onto your table today.
You'll be so glad you did.

Oh I love your idea with the flowers. Very pretty and I think I'll copy it. : )
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! It'll be a little while before I can do that here. Purple Coneflower, Black-Eyed Susan, etc won't be blooming for a few more weeks.
ReplyDeleteThat's darling. I have no posies to pluck except for pansies and petunias. And I do have a petunia in a vintage creamer bottle in keeping with your theme.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! I love old milk bottles and have a few myself. I have 3 bud vases of roses in my kitchen! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea putting the flowers in that old milk carrier. Lovely flowers too. Right now I have white Peonies in a white pitcher on my table. I love bringing in bouquets!!!
ReplyDeleteCutting flowers and bringing them indoors is one of the delights of summer. I like the milk bottle carrier to corral the different containers. Today I clipped a couple of peonies, deep pink, along with some feverfew and they sit on the dresser in our bedroom.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for bringing in the flowers! I'm looking forward to being able to snip hydrangeas again (they are just about ready to bloom).
ReplyDeleteWe've been up in the mountains, but upon arriving home we were greeted by heaps of peonies blooming! I'll cut some in the morning. Your table looks so fresh and pretty!
