December Note Card Party

It's time once again for the Note Card Party hosted by Vee.
With our spring-like temperatures here in North Carolina, I think our chances for a White Christmas are slim to none.
But, hey, a girl can dream, can't she?

Inside we can pretend the weather outside is frightful
as we sip hot cocoa from our snowman mugs.

And while there might not be any of the white stuff outside,
inside we've built many snowmen.

If there is snow where you live, please think of me as the snowflakes fly.
Here in the sunny south I'll just be dreaming
While our weather may not cooperate with my dreams, I decided to create a set of note cards that would.

♫ I'm dreaming of a white Christmas ♫

Thank you, Vee, for hosting the party.

  2. Snowmen are such cheerful creations. Your inside ones are so cute and they don't melt. Your outside one is a quintessential creation. Adorable. Any of these would make great note cards or even Christmas cards.

Our snow has been fading away all day as it has been raining and raining. I just took the garbage out to the garage and got soaked. It's at least above freezing so that's good.

  5. Hey Kim, I had my two days of quiet, and did my note card post, it should be coming out soon. I love all your snowmen. And snow is not all that it is cracked up to be, trust me. :) I could live the rest of my life without it. xo

  8. Hi Kim! I just jumped over from Vee's place to see your snowmen! Very cute note card theme! We won't be having any snow in Texas either I'm afraid. This week, we are supposed to break some high temp records for December! EEEK!

  9. We might have a little bit of snow for Christmas, according to the weathermen. Now, if we could just keep it off the highways I'd like it a lot better! Love your snowmen, they make really cute note cards.

  14. Hi Kim. It is snowing here today. We have about 8 inches of fresh white snow since last night and it's still coming down! I like it for now but by February I'm ready for it to disappear. Which won't happen until late March! So I think of you today. You would love it. I love your note card photos. Your snowman mug set is so cute! Keep on dreaming of a white Christmas. :) Blessings, Pamela

  15. Indulging in our dreams for snow by building snowmen indoors is fun. We have rain here, not much chance for snow.
Your photos are delightful - snowmen are happy creatures, and the blue and white theme is one that always pleases.

I love all of your snowmen! I prefer them over Santas. Your prints would truly make sweet Christmas cards.
    Merry Christmas!

  17. I love snowmen so this is a favorite visit from the note card party so far. I live even deeper south in Georgia, but we actually DID have snow one Christmas Eve. It could happen again. You never know!

  18. Super cute snowmen. They would make really cute cards! We're supposed to get our first snowfall tonight! And then again .... on CHRISTMAS day!!! How perfect is that? I've been hoping and wishing for that, especially since we are having a guest that hasn't seen snow on Christmas since he was about 12 years old. :-)

  19. Hi Kim,

I love, love these pictures! What perfect note cards they would make. I always wait until January to put out my snowmen, so it was really fun to see yours. :)

    Christmas Blessings to you.

  20. Kim, how is it that you can take something as simple as cute little snowmen and make them look like they gracing the pages of the prettiest magazine? You are so gifted! I think these card photos would make people want snow that don't even like snow:) Great post!
