Sometimes the morning's garden harvest seems to mingle together in delightful harmony.
Those are the mornings that are best suited for a little photo shoot.
Before half of the harvest disappears.
Looks like it will be salad for lunch today.
Are you harvesting anything good from your garden this week?
Beautiful flowers, but I'm so jealous of those gorgeous peppers! I have a few that are turning orange, but I'm missing my 'Carmen' peppers. Couldn't find them at the nursery this year and when I thought of planting seeds, it was too late. :( What variety are those peppers? They're amazing!
ReplyDeleteWe bought the pepper plant along with 2 others at a farmer's market in May. There weren't identifying tags in them and we can't remember the names. Sorry.
DeleteThose peppers and cherries? cherry tomatoes? are the most beautiful color! And the flowers are lovely. Nice harvest.
ReplyDeleteYes, cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes were also from the same farmer's market. Unlike the peppers, they were labeled. These are called "black cherry tomatoes".
DeleteKim, the hydrangeas are most beautiful!! I'm in awe. And such a delicious looking harvest - I'm sure they made a great salad. All of the colors blend so beautifully, and the white accents which add such a pretty charm. I couldn't help but smile.
ReplyDeleteBlessings for more bounty,

GORGEOUS, Kim! Wow! I hope the salad is delicious!
ReplyDeleteBet that was a delicious salad. : )
ReplyDeleteI've been harvesting cucumbers - 6 so far.
That is one beautiful, fresh looking vignette! I like how the colors fit together perfectly, and I can't imagine how good that salad must have been, especially when eaten while looking at that colorful vase of hydrangeas. I am not harvesting anything, but my Amish neighbors are harvesting the most delicious tomatoes and sweet corn.
ReplyDeleteGarden fresh salad - one of my favorite things! I love the flowers too! They are beautiful.
